24 Month Faulty Goods Exchange Warranty
LedMyHome offer a 24 month warranty from date of purchase on any faulty bulbs sold through our website. Faulty is defined “not working or made correctly; having defects”. The Faulty Good Exchange Warranty is void if bulbs are deemed faulty as a result of misuse.
We offer a 10 day ‘exchange policy’ on all orders on LedMyHome.co.nz, if you would like to exchange some products for the same item/s or for a different item/s (for example a different bulb wattage).
To request an exchange on your bulbs, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include a receipt and/or a proof of purchase.
Change of Mind Policy:
We offer a 5 day ‘change of mind policy’ on all orders on LedMyHome.co.nz. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item/s/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and include a receipt and/or a proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the item/s was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item/s is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item/s wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
